62' to 70' Home Sites
Many fine modern floor plans are available for a home that is 50 to 55-feet-wide with a rear-loading garage. The plan shown is for illustrative purposes.
Together each home site shall create a tree-lined street with a traditional older neighborhood feel. Homeowners are encouraged to have a usable front yard with picket fences and street-side ornamental gardens.

These home sites are 70 to 75-feet-wide by 125 to 150-feet-deep and have room for a modern, open-concept floor plan with many possible configurations. The plan illustrated is a large family home with a two-car garage. A three-car garage configuration is also available. These home sites will have a tree-lined street with the choice of a flat, daylight basement window, or walkout home site. Some of these home sites adjoin the park and have existing mature trees in the backyards.
